Project Management Services

To help alleviate the stress of home market preparation, The Design Shop provides a one-stop approach. After an initial consultation with our Project Management and Design Teams, we assist both the seller and agent by providing a detailed estimate of recommended improvements. Our services may include painting, bath and kitchen updates, landscaping and house cleaning. The Design Shop’s end goal is to help attain the maximum sale price with the least financial output and hassle for both the seller and agent.

Our Project Management Team oversees the scheduling and coordination of all subs - ensuring budget, timelines, and quality control is met. We execute each project with our own in-house trade team of skilled contractors and experts. In our 5+ years experience, the value of teamwork and collaboration is key to completing each project efficiently and without delays. Once the project is underway, we communicate closely with agents and sellers, and conduct several site visits so that expectations and standards are exceeded.

Our Design Team, with over 25 years experience, works on your behalf in unison with our in-house trade team on all kitchen and bath designs, floor plan enhancements, landscaping suggestions and paint colors. While passing on our trade discounts, we purchase all lighting, materials and finishes for you. The Design Team stays current on the latest trends that appeal to the majority of today’s home buyers.
